UPSC CDS 2014 Exam Eligibility & Important Dates to Remember

Combined Defence Service 2014 Exam Eligibility:

CDS Exam is conducted by Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). This Test is held twice in a year. CDS Exam opens the Door for those candidates who can serve for their country and its People. Online Application Forms will be available for the interested and eligible candidates who can apply on / before the given dates:

Combined Defence Service Exam is going too organized for the recruitment in cadre of the Army, Navy and Air force. Other Details like Exam Date, Last Date, Eligibility and exam details are mentioned below:

CDS Exam is conducted in two stages first is Written Exam and thereafter Eligible candidates will be shortlisted for Personal Interview. Written Test is based on objective type questions.

 

CDS Entrance Exam Details: Candidates basis on the performance in test are called for Interview which is conducted by Service Selection Board. Selected candidates will go for training in one of the following Institutes.

• Indian Military Academy (IMA), Dehra Dun
• Naval Academy, Goa
• Air Force Academy, Begumpet, Hyderabad
• Officers Training Academy (OTA), Chennai

UPSC CDS Eligibility: Candidates must possess Graduation from a recognized University / Institute / College for IMA /OTA.
