Indian Ordnance Factory Recruitment 2013 – Apply Online for 149 Semi Skilled Vacancies: Ordnance Factory, Ambarnath under Ministry of Defence has issued notification for recruitment of the Semi-Skilled (Group C) vacancies.

1. Electrician: 14 Posts
2. Examiner: 25 Posts
3. Machinist: 89 Posts
4. Millwright: 21 Posts

  

Age Limit: Candidate age limit should be between 18 to 32 years for UR category, 18 to 35 years for OBC category, 18 to 37 years for SC and 18 to 37 years for ST category. Age relaxations will be applicable as per the rules.

    

Educational Qualification: Candidate must possess Matriculation and National Apprentice Certificate (NAC) / National Trade Certificate (NTC) issued by NCVT.

Application Fee: Candidates need to pay Rs.50/- in the form of Indian Postal Order/ Crossed Bank Draft drawn in favour of “The Sr. General Manager, Ordnance Factory Ambarnath (Maharashtra)”. SC/ ST/ Ex-Servicemen/PH categories are exempted from the fee payment. Candidate must write the name and application no on the reverse of DD/IPO.

How to Apply: Please apply online through the website www.ofb.gov.in from the following Monday from the date of publication of this advertisement in the Employment news & Rozgar Samachar and registration shall be open for 15 days. After submission of online application, take print out of acknowledgement slip and send along with DD/IPO together with requisite enclosures to Ordnance Factory, Ambarnath, Dist. Thane (Maharashtra) Pin: 421 502 with in 21 days from date of publication.

Important Dates: Opening Date for Online application/registration: Open from the Monday following the date of publication, Registration shall be open for 15 days. Last Date of Receipt of Acknowledgement at OFA (along with DD/IPO & enclosures as applicable): 21 days from date of publication.
