Age Criteria: Max 65 Years as on date of Interview.
Qualification:
Candidates must possess a recognized medical qualification to the Indian Council
Act 1956. Holdes the educational qualification included in part II or the third
schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in sub section 3 of
section 13 of the IMC Act 1956 and completion of compulsory rotatory
internship.

original & Xerox copies of all relevant documents & application in plain
paper super scripting the name of the post applied for and five passport size
